Edited review: I edited my review because after I posted, the owner got in touch with me and helped resolve my issue, which I have since also removed from my review. This is the first time I've had an owner take the time to find me to make it right and that to me speaks words to his integrity.

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.

Hansen Family Plumbing fixed a water pressure issue and converted a washer/dryer gas line into a range line for us. Ours is a newly purchased home with several issues. From Gabriella (scheduling) to Dick (estimator) to Jordan (technician), our service was exceptional. They responded promptly and each fix was explained ahead of time. A great value and refreshing to work with this professional team. Highly recommend!

Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. when the technician came and assessed the actual repair , he charged us an  fair amount -below the quoted amount -for the exact work done and provided care/maintenance tips for us.There was no standing around or push to sell additional services or items. 11 year old hot water heater started leaking. Adrian and Joel came out the very next day, determined it needed replacement, and presented our options.  We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater.  Yes, it was the more expensive option up front....but much more efficient to run long term and should have a longer life too (with less maintenance).  That same day they went and got the unit, came back and installed it, and some sort of a pump to help move water through the lines to the furthest faucets away from the water heater.  When they were done every faucet was tested.  I'm now getting hot water in less than a minute at every faucet in the house!!!  I never expected that side benefit. And my jacuzzi garden tub on the opposite end of the house fills to the brim with hot water...and hubby can take a shower afterwards and he had hot water too!!  We are a tankless water heater fan now, and so glad we made that decision.  Adrian and Joel were efficient, professional, courteous, and left zero mess.  Makayla and the others in customer service were so nice too.  This is the type of business that make a large expenditure feel like it was worth it from conversation one to the end....and even the follow up phone call later to make sure everything met our expectations.  I'm pleased to say our expectations were exceeded!  Thank you Bumblebee Plumbing!!!

I had a non-time sensitive issue with my rental property's toilet so I called for an appointment.  A friendly lady answered the phone and said they had an appointment readily available the next morning.  The technician arrived on time and immediately began to work.  He recommended replacing the toilet and surprisingly mentioned a big box hardware store would be the cheapest route, even though he could do the replacement for much more.  He didn't charge for the visit to boot.  Wow, very impressed with the dedication to helping the consumer and level of honesty.  Would highly recommend this company for their outstanding integrity!

Once again, ProSkill to the rescue!  My tenant had a problem with getting the hot water heater started after gas had been turned off.  Called Garret in the office, and he was able to call my tenant and tell him what needed to be done over the phone. Voila! Hot water! No scheduling a service call, which he could well have done- Immediate answers to my problem, simple instructions and free advice.  Though it may not always be as easy as this, I know that when I have a problem that does require a visit, I will experience honesty and integrity.  This business is my #1 go-to for all my plumbing needs.  I feel so fortunate to have found them!

I initially posted a great review b/c the technicians who worked on my house were responsive and did a great job installing a tankless water heater and softener. However, the water heater is no longer working (after only 3 mos) and it has been impossible to get the manager to respond and to come out to fix it or even check it out. Additionally, there was a mistake in the financing and they have not been responsive in following up to get it straightened out. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. We had a leak appear from our upstairs shower onto our downstairs ceiling. I called 100% plumbing and they got Angel out there within an hour. Angel opened up my ceiling and found that the issue was not related to a plumbing issue. He then put me in contact with a tile guy and he got a restoration company out to my house for me. There was no charge for his time and the company did not try to gouge me for something they couldn't fix. Very honest and helpful during a very stressful situation. Definitely recommend this company and Angel.

Contacted Allegiance based on Yelp ratings.  Was able to get an appointment quickly.  Technician called ahead of time and was early.  Very professional in appearance and addressing the issue.  Just as promised.  Even helped me review another potential issue I had in my home.  Would recommend over the big companies.  Trust that what they did won't create a revisit.

He arrived on time at the time promised and ready to work. The gentleman was clean, polite, and very professional. After looking at what I needed Done he gave me a good estimate.
After completing the work he showed me everything that he had done, took any questions that I had And I paid him.  I also used their current  coupon offer which he happily accepted. Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
